They can't break the boys that way and not put them back together.  What the heck is going on here?  I mean, I just power watched season four, two weekends ago and thought I was seeing a disturbing trend of them being in fewer scenes together.  But I had hoped I was wrong.  Just NO!  How many times have other "buddy" shows done this?  They get a good thing going between the two main characters and then, I don't know, maybe they get sick of each other, or sick of the show and they just aren't ever TOGETHER which is the way they were meant to be.  Ugh.  Just kill me now.  This is why I wait for the damn dvds to come out, so I don't have to go through the agony of waiting a whole WEEK to see what happens.

Whew, I'm glad to have gotten that off my chest.  My dog was getting sick of hearing about it.

They're toying with us, I just know it. They want to make a sweat a little before we get the pay-off we all deserve.

I had that thought too. But then I accidentially read a blub somewhere in that the show was going to continue next year and possibly another year, but with different main characters. Yes, yes, never believe what you read on the internet, I know. But look at a few past favorites. Wiseguy for one. Vinnie gets kidnapped, or whatever, and what's his name handler takes over the show? Then there's the X-files, sort of the same with Mulder gone. Or Highlander, Mac goes missing, again for whatever reason, because I never finished watching the series. Scarecrow and Mrs. King is another example of the two main characters just NEVER being in a scene after like season 4 or whatever.

I guess I have alot more to say on the subject than I thought. And I'm a glass half empty kind of gal anyway, so I think I see an alarming trend here.

My doggie is gonna love me for sure when I start in on her.

Those rumours about replacing Sam and Dean have been going around for ages now and I seriously doubt their validity. For one thing Jared and Jensen still have a year to go on their contracts and they have both stated that they would be up for a sixth season if it looked like it was a goer. And secondly, every one knows the series is about Sam and Dean, hunting things and saving people, not Josh and Charlie, their second cousins once removed. The network would be shooting themselves in the foot if they went down that path and they know it.
