That time of the year

I, (state your name) do here-by promise to be as pleasant and helpful to the auditors that are here this week as I can possibly be.

I will not be sarcastic and petty when asked the same stupid, repetitive questions that they asked last year. And the year before. And the year before that.

I will drop what I am doing and not put off their requests in favor of current, urgent or otherwise fire-putting-out projects of greatFUCKING importance in the here and now. That of course they will question me about next year.

I will be gracious, and cooperative and with God's help, professional.

Please God, grant me the serenity to get through this one more year!
