Happy pills

Depression is a bitch.  And the drugs they seem to want to put you on are hell.  There's nothing like the feel of being wrapped in cotton and just floating along above all the action when on the damn things.  (Please sense sarcasam here)  So the new drug of choice is Cymbalta.  Does anybody out there have any thoughts, horror stories or good old Dutch Aunt advice on this one?
